Villa Cab has incredible uninterrupted views of the inviting Mediterranean Sea and clear blue sky. The sea water is literally a few steps from the house, while a soft sandy beach is just a 10-minute walk away, where you will find a beach bar and a children's playground. From the mooring next to the beach, you can catch a ferry that will take you sightseeing and even to Palma.

Villa Cab is a well-kept and very spacious villa with more than 700 square meters on a plot of 2.200 square meters. The spacious and comfortable living and dining room has wonderful sea views and is perfect for relaxing or gathering with friends and family.

The villa has many terraces overlooking the warm Mediterranean Sea, including the barbecue terrace with solid teak table and the chill out area under the porch.
