Spacious, comfortable house, with a beautiful veranda, which is equipped with dining and living area. Attached you’ll find the living room with a fireplace, satellite TV, lounge and dining room. A small hallway leads to a double bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Via stairs from the living room, you get to the mezzanine, which is equipped with an additional double bed and a cozy reading corner.
The kitchen is comfortable and fully equipped. From here there is a transition to an extension of the house with another bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with single bed and another living room with sofa bed, TV and a small kitchenette. Shower room with toilet and a 3rd separate toilet, storeroom.
There is enough garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and a barbecue. Car parking on the property, with lockable double gates.
The house is located in a quiet, nice residential area, 1000 meters from the beach and the center.

Très bon séjour à Lacanau Océan

Villa spacieuse dans un quartier résidentiel ; très confortable pour nous 5 et peut accueillir sans problème 8 à 10 personnes, avec sa sdb et 2 salles d'eau, cuisine bien équipée, grandes tables (intérieur et extérieur)...Lave vaisselle, lave linge, transats, BBQ, bref en tout point conforme à la description à l'exception près, et non des moindres, la distance à pied de la maison à la mer est d'exactement 1100m et non 400m !!! 2e point négatif : un petit chien enfermé de 22h à 10h dans le garage de la maison d'en face d'en face qui aboie non stop ! Merci à l'agence ou au propriétaire d'intervenir, pour assurer un séjour serein au prochain locataire. À part ces 2 points, tout a été parfait et nous reviendrons volontiers.

Séjour de deux semaines, tout a été impeccable, une maison bien agréable à vivre, calme, proche centre et plage (à pied) et bien équipée. Bref une très bonne expérience, MERCI !
