Der anhand der Internetbilder erwartete Eindruck wurde in der Realität noch erheblich übertroffen. Das Appartement sowie das gesamte Gebäude mit Treppenhaus, Aufzug und nutzbaren Kellerräumen ist absolut funktional geplant und genial gestaltet. Bad, sep. WC und riesiger Schrankraum mit prakt. Schiebetüren, die Küche und der Wohn/Essbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die überdachte Loggia (Balkon) riesig mit genialem Ausblick auf See und Alpen. Thermostat gesteuerte Fussbodenheizung und kontroll. Lüftungsanlage ermöglichen ein Wohlfühlklima. Als kritischer Architekt muss ich bei diesem Haus meinem Kollegen und auch dem Einrichtungsdesigner ein grosses Lob aussprechen. Braunschweig den 26.03.224 Reinhard Beier
