Sehr schönes Haus, jedoch leider einige Makel

Wir reisten mit 5 Personen im Januar für ein Wochenende an. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Schöne Räume, modern eingerichtet und sehr schick. Jedoch war bei unseren Aufenthalt leider nicht alles optimal. Die Sauna (was ein Hauptkriterium für die Wahl des Hauses war) funktionierte leider nicht. Wir hatten vorher auch keine Information darüber. Als wir anriefen um nachzufragen hieß es, dass die Mail vor unserer Anreise versehentlich nicht an uns raus ging und wir einen Rabatt von 10% auf den Mietpreis bekommen. Das ist alles noch verständlich. Jedoch war das Geld was wir bekamen nicht 10% vom Mietpreis und wir bekamen auf Nachfrage auch leider keine Antwort mehr dazu. Was ebenfalls nicht optimal war, dass vorher geschrieben wurde, dass ausreichend Holz für den Kamin vorhanden ist (Korb für 20€) und vor Ort mussten wir dann feststellen, dass nur ein paar kleine Holzstückchen in dem Korb liegen, die nicht mal für ein paar Stunden ausgereicht hätten. Außerdem war auf den Schränken und an den Möbeln sehr viel Staub zu finden und im Wohnzimmer mehrere Spinnenweben. Steckdosen funktionierten teilweise nicht. Die Bäder und Schlafzimmer waren sauber. Sehr schade ist dass wir per Mail versuchten Kontakt aufzunehmen und uns jedoch nicht mehr geantwortet wurde.

Familienurlaub

Das Doppelhaus war perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub. Für sechs Erwachsene vielleicht etwas zu klein ( Zimmer unter dem Dach + eine Dusche mehr?) Aber die Lage am Brocken ist Klasse. Für Ausflüge und Wanderungen ideal. Der große Esstisch zum gemeinsamen Essen und Spielen ist toll. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage verbracht.
