nice view but amenities lacking

Checkin time is late at 5pm. Roads to the home are very narrow and entry to property driveway is impossible except for small vehicle. House is divided into 2 properties and our neighbors were helpful in explaining the local sites. Air conditioning was difficult to understand and could only be operated downstairs or upstairs, not together. It was extremely hot and we had people sleeping on both floors. Washing machine and dryer were located in basement and both appliances were quite small capacity. The other free parking space wasn’t always available. Need reservations in local restaurants as lake como busy in summer. i would stay in hotel next time for more support with language barrier and advice on seeing the sights.
