Die Fewo war sehr sauber und von der Größe her ausreichend. Alles war in Ordnung. Inventar und Ausstattung zufriedenstellend. Die Korbstühle sollten ausgetauscht werden, da man auf diesen nicht lange sitzen kann. Zwei Sessel wären angebracht.

Sehr ordentliche, neu und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohung.

Mehrere ähnliche Ferienwohnungen liegen in einem Gebäudekomplex zusammen und haben dadurch einen gemeinsamen Zugangsbereich mit gemeinsamen Fahrradständern, kleinem Kinderspielplatz und Sitzgruppe mit Aschenbecher. Dort trifft man sich, raucht und schwatzt. Die Wohnung 211 liegt direkt neben diesem Bereich mit dem entsprechenden Eintrag von Geräuschen und Gerüchen. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig und mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Umluftofen, Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Töpfen und Geschirr sehr gut. Die Aufteilung mit Kinderzimmer, Küche und Essbereich im OG, während Wohnzimmer, Bad und Elternschlafzimmer im EG liegen, ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und für kleine Kinder angesichts der offenen Treppe ungeeignet. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist wichtig und erfordert routiniertes Rangieren und kleinen Wendekreis. Eine bessere Beleuchtung der Arbeitsfläche in der Küche, eine Mikrowelle und Fliegengitter könnte man sich höchstens noch wünschen. Einzig echter Mangel aus persönlicher Sicht: Die Matratzen im Elternschlafzimmer sind bretthart.
