Aufenthalt bei 10 Grad, leider auch in der Ferienwohnung

Leider wenig erholsam. Die Heizung im zweiten ebenerdigen im Anbau befindlichen Schlafzimmer ist ausgefallen, sodass wir in diesem Schlafzimmer nicht schlafen konnte, und zum Schlafen auf die Couch ausweichen mussten. Das Zimmer war eiskalt und klamm, vermutlich war die Heizung dort schon lange nicht mehr an. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war nicht gut, weil ich ständig nachhaken musste, ob und wann die Heizung instand gesetzt wird. Eine Alternative, oder eine mobile Heizalternatvie wurde uns leider nicht angeboten. Schade und ärgerlich. Auch die Inneneinrichtung und die Küchengeräte waren z.T stark verlebt und nicht instandgesetzt. Bedienungsanleitungen, oder generelle Nutzungsanweisungen (wie Müllstandorte, Garagen, Schlüssel o.ä. wurden nicht zur Verfügung gestellt)
