Rømø is surrounded by the roaring North Sea and the wide, flat Wadden Sea and offers fascinating nature areas. You can explore the landscape directly from the house and discover the many facets while walking around the island.

Also explore the island's towns and take a stroll along Havneby harbor to catch a glimpse of the fishing boats or watch the Sylt ferry arrive and depart. For centuries, Rømø has captivated people. First it was the fishermen and then the wealthy whaler captains, whose pretty and lovingly restored thatched houses are still admired by visitors to the island. Thanks to the unique nature and the enormous expanses of this island with the widest and finest sandy beaches in Europe, you can still find a quiet place all to yourself.
