Small Studio

The apt. block is pretty rundown, though the studio has had a recent upgrade with new appliances. It is small - there is no room for any wardrobe or drawers, instead you have a coathanger rack & shelf as your only storage. There is no balcony other than the front door landing.& the 'sea view' is from the kitchen window - bring binoculars. :-)))
