Kein Zutritt in die Wohnung

Es war leider nicht möglich die Wohnung zu betreten, daher konnten wir nicht in der Wohnung übernachten. Kein Kontakt zu dem Vermieter weder telefonisch noch via mail, daher ist es azurete es zu mieten

Kein Zugang zur Wohnung möglich

Durch den fehlenden Zugangscode war es uns nicht möglich die Wohnung zu betreten.FeWo direkt ermöglichte uns eine Nacht im Hostel zu übernachten unser geplantes Wochenende fiel jedoch durch übertriebene Preise für die zweite Nacht ins Wasser. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nicht möglich.Deswegen die schlechte Bewertung.FeWo direkt war jedoch sehr bemüht uns wenigstens eine Nacht unterzubringen.

Doppelbuchung keine Ferienwohnung

Wohnung war Doppelt vermietet wir musdten uns eine neue Unterkunft suchen, nie wieder. Jetzt buchen wir wieder privat über Tourismus Büro hat immer gut geklappt.

Inkompetent, unzuverlässig,keine Kommunikation

Vermieter meldet sich nicht, Vermieter reagiert nicht auf Anrufe und storniert 1,5 Stunden vor Check- In die Buchung ( wenn man schon vor Ort ist). Fazit:: absolut ungenügend: nie wieder!!
