The studio apartment with sea view is located in a very convenient location on Norwida Street, in the St. Maximilian district of Gdynia. The location of the apartment combines the advantages of the metropolis with proximity to natural wonders, such as the beach in Redlow (1 km away) located on the edge of the vast green areas of Polanka Redlowska. The apartment is also located in the perfect middle of a triangle of three important points of the city: the Seaside Boulevard and the pier (750 m, or just 7-8 minutes' walk), the SKM station and the "Riviera Center" shopping center (1 km) and the strict city center (1.2 km). In the vicinity of the property there is no shortage of shopping and service outlets to meet all daily needs. During a 10-minute walk to the sea, guests can also drop in to the nearby atmospheric restaurants. The well-developed transportation infrastructure makes it easy to get around the Tricity agglomeration. Using public transportation and public rail, you can reach Sopot in less than 30 minutes.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The cozy 27 m² studio can accommodate 2-4 people. It is a suitable choice for a family trip or for a couple of friends. The living space offers a living area with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a hallway. In addition, the apartment comes with a lovely balcony with garden furniture, which offers a view of the countryside and the beautiful sea in the distance, where you can enjoy a sip of morning coffee and take in the fresh air. The bed arrangement includes two sofa beds. To make our guests feel even more at home, the apartment offers a number of essential amenities. The kitchenette is equipped with useful appliances for easy meal preparation (induction cooktop, coffee maker). Other amenities include a washing machine and multimedia (Smart TV with Internet access, free Wi-Fi). Complimentary toiletries, linens and towels are provided for a good start to each stay. The interior is functionally designed and carefully finished, meeting all the needs of guests. The bright interior design with wooden parquet floors provides the apartment with a homely atmosphere.
