Leider stimmt das Inserat gar nicht zur Wohnung! Wohnung liegt im Keller und ist sehr spartanisch! Garten nicht einladend! Kellertreppe rutschig und baufällig! Treppenhaus riecht! Fenster zu hoch im Badezimmer um es ohne Tritt zu öffnen und keine Ablagemöglichkeit! Handtuchhalter sehr wackelig. Schrauben als Haken da. Ein Schlafzimmer mit niedriger Deckenhöhe und ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten! kein Trockner oder Fön vorhanden! Tischtennisplatte nicht gesehen! Abflussleitungen von oben sehr deutlich hörbar, sowie auch die Mieter über einem! TV hat die Größe von einem Laptop! Rauchmelder in der letzten Ecke!?
