Lage super, Objektzustand desolat

Wem nur die Lage entscheidend ist, der findet mit dieser Fewo eine super Adresse. Dass Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer im Souterrain ist, kann man auf den Bildern durchaus erahnen, dass das Wohnzimmer allerdings garkein Fenster hat, hat uns doch überrascht. Die Terrasse könnte mit wenig Mühe wieder die kleine Oase werden, wie die Bilder sie versprechen, dafür müsste aber die zentimeterdicke Moosschicht auf dem Sonnenschirm entfernt werden und ein paar weitere Handgriffe erfolgen. Im Geschirrspüler war noch das verschmutzte Geschirr der Vormieter. Die Badezimmertür (vermutlich nach einem Wasserschaden) so aufgequollen, dass sie garnicht vollständig zu schließen war. Betttuch war fleckig, Betten überhaupt nicht bezogen (wir haben besser nicht darüber nachgedacht, wieviele Mieter schon vor uns unter den Decken lagen). Mit einem Wort: Wir haben über fewo-direkt noch nie so eine schmuddelige Wohnung gebucht und sind perplex, was mancher Vermieter sich traut, als Fewo anzubieten. Aber wie gesagt: Lage super mit eigener Garage. Wir hatten zum Glück nur für 1 Nacht gebucht und haben's überlebt.

Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, hat aber nicht, - wie man bei dem letzten Foto meinen möchte -, ein Fenster mit schönem Ausblick im Obergeschoss, zu dem die fotografierte Treppe führt - im Gegenteil: der Eingang zu Küche und Duschbad liegt im Erdgeschoss, und die Treppe führt in den Keller! Dort hatte der Durchgangsraum (Wohnzimmer) keine Fenster, der dahinterliegende Schlafraum hatte Kellerfensteröffnungen zu Lichtschächten. Das hatten wir so nicht erwartet! Ebenso unerwartet war - nach dem Hinweis "Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht gestattet" - der durchdringende Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch in der Wohnung, der nicht von anderen Gästen kommen konnte, die dort unerlaubt ein- oder zweimal geraucht haben, sondern der penetrant in allen Polstern und Teppichen steckte, was uns als Nichtraucher richtig gestört hat! Das Duschbad war zwar sauber, aber das Duschwasser lief nicht ab und verursachte mit jeder Dusche eine Überschwemmung, die wir aufwischen mussten. Trockene Handtücher gab es nicht (nur nass auf dem Wäscheständer): der Hinweis, dass Handtücher nicht gestellt werden, fehlte - wäre aber hilfreich gewesen. Zusammenfassend leider eine überwiegend negative Erfahrung. Schade.
