The modern interior and bright rooms, which get their warm expression from numerous wooden elements, make it a cozy place with space for joint activities. On the large natural plot with orchard you can relax wonderfully outdoors. Whether it's a lively game of table tennis, a soothing dip in the whirlpool or cold drinks in comfortable lounge furniture before you fire up the barbecue, let your soul dangle here.

The spectacular nature that surrounds the house offers a variety of opportunities for exploration and unforgettable experiences. Visit the nearby Lac du Der with several beaches, there you can go boating or water skiing and fishing, but also fans of sailing, boarding and paragliding will get their money's worth. Every year, from autumn to spring, cranes, geese, ducks of all kinds and birds of prey such as the white-tailed eagle flock to the lake. A discovery trail and several observatories allow you to watch the birds in the quiet areas of Chantecoq, Champaubert and the ponds of Outines and Arrigny. You will also find fantastic hiking trails and mountain bike routes in the surrounding forests.
