The cozy and modern vacation home with its friendly character provides a great setting for an active family vacation with nature experiences and swimming fun. The windows in particular give the house a bright and cozy atmosphere. Plan your daily program at the dining table in the morning and drink your evening coffee at the floor-to-ceiling panoramic window while you let your gaze wander over the bay and landscape. When you return from your excursions and activities, you can end the long summer evenings with a drink on the terrace.

You will spend your vacation in Høysand, a child-friendly summer resort on an intimate and cozy bathing bay, which offers a fine sandy beach, diving platform, sand volleyball court and sunbathing lawns. You can also play mini golf. For excursions, we recommend the climbing park "Klatring på Grensen" in Haldenkanalen Regional Park, the nature reserves Jørstadmyra and Hansemakerkilen and Hvitsand beach. Destinations for full-day excursions include Frederikstad, Northern Europe's best-preserved fortified town, and the sunny town of Sarpsborg, founded in 1016 by St. Olav at one of Europe's mightiest waterfalls. Sarpefossen has the strongest water flow in Europe and is known as "Norway's answer to Niagara".
