Near two U-Bahn stations. Well-equipped, comfortable bed, quiet, 5-minute walk to stores, restaurants, and bakeries. Highly recommended!
The apartment was lovely. Clean, spacious and very quiet apart from the bird song in the morning. The area is very nice, safe and quiet with supermarkets nearby. One of the best things was the lighting which was very good for reading - most apartments we have rented have poor lighting. The only slight downside is that the U bahn is not very well connected so you always have to change but that is a minor problem. So thanks for a good stay.
Clean, Quiet, Excellent Location
This is a great holiday apartment. We spent a week here in August and had no complaints. The location is excellent. It is in a lovely part of Berlin, close to trains if you want them, but we walked everywhere (didn't use public transport at all). There is a car park available behind a gate, which is great if you have a car, as we did. The apartment has everything you could need for a short stay, even a place to store food, which seems to be unusual in German holiday rentals. The apartment is just as it appears to be in the photos, i.e. clean, bright and spacious. Our host was most accommodating about arrival and departure times and provided us with useful information about the local area, including shopping, train stations etc. If you are staying in the apartment for a few days and want to cook, it's worth walking to the Edeka supermarket on Berliner Strasse (turn left on Landhausstrasse when you leave the apartment, cross over Guntzelstrasse and Berliner Strasse is the next main street. Turn right at Berliner strasse and it is about 200m on the right). We would be happy to stay here again when we next visit Berlin and highly recommend it to others.
Es hat ganz einfach alles gepasst: Empfang, Freundlichkeit, Wohnung, Verkehrsanbindung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und kann sie für zwei Personen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen,
The apartment in the Landhausstraße offers all the advantages of sophisticated urban life in one of the most attractive residential areas in the center of Berlin; centrally but quietly located in a green street near the Nikolsburger square and the popular "Güntzel neighborhood" with all shops for daily needs and nice little snacks, cafes and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity you will find the most beautiful squares of the City-West, such as the Ludwigkirchplatz, the Fasanenplatz and the Prager Platz with upscale dining and of course cozy Berlin pubs. Everything is quickly accessible. On foot you can reach the Kurfürstendamm, the Zoo, the KaDeWe, various cafes, boutiques and cultural institutions. It could not be better!
Last but not least is also the very convenient location worth mentioning. The connection to the public transport is excellent. The motorway, the main station and the Berlin airports are within easy reach.
