The small country house apartment with 2 rooms is located on the first floor. It is separated from the large living unit and has a separate entrance. With a small kitchenette in the entrance area, a small shower room including washing machine and sleeping facilities for a maximum of 3 people, it is a functionally equipped yet very cozy and bright accommodation.
Ideal for work-related stays, individuals or couples with a child.
2 beds can be separated on request. Or they can be combined to form a double bed.

The country house is located directly in the center of the village and is only a 10-minute walk from the Porsche area. Supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, post office, drugstore, etc. are only a 1-2 minute walk away.
There is a bus stop to Leonberg in the immediate vicinity. The immediate surroundings and the street are extremely quiet, so that children can also play in the street. There are plenty of parking spaces directly in front of the house. The nearest highway access to the A8 is approx. 5 km away.
