About this property

Casa Eden is a nice holiday home (semi-detached house) in Tar, a small place on the west coast of Istria, 3 km from the holiday resort Lanterna with the beautiful pebble beaches and 12 from Porec.
In Tar, only a few hundred meters from the house, there are shops, ATM, restaurants, pizzeria, typical taverns, cafes and other.
On its own property, Casa Eden offers to the guests a swimming pool of 30 sqm, summer kitchen with dining table, trampoline for children and a parking space.

Holiday home of 80 sqm on two completely air conditioned floors has two large terraces each of 20 sqm with beautiful panoramic sea view from the upper one. On the ground floor is a nice living area with equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting set, a separate toilet. On the first floor (attic) there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, one bath/toilet. In the hallway on this floor there is an air conditioning for cooling both bedrooms.
NOTE: Right next to Casa Eden, there is a smaller restaurant open daily until 11pm. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad.

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Eigenaren zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Huis voldeed aan alle wensen. Wel jammer dat er geen douche aanwezig was, maar dat wisten we vooraf. Uitdagende inrit om bij het huis te komen met de auto (zeer smal).
