Guests of the apartment have at their disposal a prefabricated swimming pool, covered terrace with barbecue and dining table and several parking spaces. It consists of high first floor and second floor with separate entrance, the owner lives on the first floor of the house with its own entrance.

Accommodation for 8 people of 130 square meters on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the first floor there is the dining room, living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds, a shower/WC in the hallway.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.
