The Penthouse extends over the entire rooftop of Residence Ardua ( Ardua = steep from Latin, in this case the steep terrain in which the building was constructed ). The building was built according to the latest standards of climate house NATURE A and has artificial ventilation with heat recovery, special use of acoustic materials and heating with solar system. The whole apartment has adjustable LED lighting, in addition to the living room with a 75" TV, the bedrooms and the outdoor living area also have 50" TVs.  Accessory parts to the Penthouse are a very spacious garage, a game room with table football and table tennis and the possibility of charging for electric bikes.
