We offer our typical Coutançais holiday home for rent.
This cosy 90m² house includes a living room with exposed stonework and lime plaster.

Situated 5 minutes from Coutances (sub-prefecture with all services) and 10 minutes from the nearest beaches, it will enable you to discover the richness and diversity of the Normandy countryside between the sea and the bocage.

We are located halfway between the D-Day landing beaches and Mont Saint Michel.

A kitchen-veranda, a bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor (one with a 140x200 cm bed, the other with 2 90x190 cm beds), as well as a bedroom on the ground floor (2 90x190 cm beds).

The kitchen has everything you could need, including a dishwasher.

Linen is provided and beds are made on arrival.
A washing machine, laundry basket, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are available for your use.

In front of the house, there is a terrace where you can soak up the sun and prepare your barbecue.
At the rear, a garden with swings and a slide will keep your children occupied.

Board games, card games, local magazines and books for children and adults are also available.

We can provide baby equipment (changing table, playpen, cot, etc.).

Reception and handover of keys: between 4.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. If you expect to arrive earlier or later, please let us know so that we can make the best possible arrangements.
