Our house is just 230 m from Playa Alcudia beach and 100 m from Lago Esperanza, a quiet oasis perfect for home office, parental leave or for a longer vacation on the island.
2 large supermarkets, a pharmacy, drugstores, a gas station, bars, restaurants and the port of Alcudia are within walking distance. The old town of Alcudia, the largest hydropark in the north, a tennis camp and the Juaneda Muro hospital (billed directly with the German KK) can be reached without a car. A dental clinic and a veterinary clinic are 300 meters away. The Alcanada Golf Club and all excursion destinations such as Victoria, Port de Pollença, Cap Formentor, Playas de Muro, S'Albufera Natural Park etc. are nearby. You don't need a rental car for your stay; you can get to the island cheaply and comfortably with the intercity buses explore, the bus stop is only 350 m from the house, but the area is still very quiet as there are no hotels in the immediate vicinity. Ideal for home office, high-speed internet and 2 workstations are available, one with a lake view.
