Experience the outdoor areas with two covered terraces and a beautiful backyard garden, which borders the old city walls and promises you privacy while chatting and barbecuing in the middle of the city. On the other side of the courtyard is a small park that is ideal for summer games. Despite its location, the property is easily accessible by car and promises you great comfort.

Enjoy the exceptional location, as you can quickly reach the central square Stora torget on foot. Stroll along the ring wall and discover the saddle towers, Kruttornet Castle, the moats and the cultural heritage of the medieval town, which has its roots and structure from the Viking Age. You can also experience the harbor and the beaches and bathing jetties, which invite you to swim and fish in the Baltic Sea. To delight your children, you can visit Pippi Longstocking's Villa Kunterbunt on the island or experience great day trips in the island's nature!
