There is a small, fenced garden behind the house, which is perfect for relaxing moments after interesting excursions in the surrounding area. Saint-Ouen-la-Rouërie is ideally located for exploring the tourist highlights of the two beautiful regions of Brittany and Normandy: such as Mont St Michel (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the port town of Granville or the episcopal town of Avranches on the Norman side and the seaside resort Cancale, synonymous with oyster farming with its famous port, La Houle or the medieval town of Fougères with its 12th century castle on the Breton side...
