The Landes - House between the ocean and the lake for 4 /5 people.
The house boasts a living room with a kitchen/dining area/ the lounge area, 2 bedrooms and a very nice covered terrace + bathroom and a cellar. Free Internet access.
The house is located 12 km from Mimizan (ocean) and 800m from the Lake of Biscarosse (fresh water). It has been constructed on a fenced plot close to the forest.
Being close to the ocean, you will be able to rest in a quiet area far from traffic and from the people of the seaside resorts.
You will be able to swim both in salt and fresh water, to practice nautical sports, to go fishing (all levels), ride bicycles since here, in the Landes, you won't regret to bring your own bicycle or to rent them here. Bicycle paths are peaceful between forests, lakes and oceans. The forest trails and sand dunes offer a wonderful playground for mountain bikers.
And let's not forget our pets that will be able to go free on the fenced plot.
It is ideal for a couple or to spend your holidays with friends but also for longer stays up to 3 months that can eventually be renewed. In that case, rates are different.
