The welcoming house, carefully renovated in 2023 in a modern and comfortable style, is spread over 3 floors connected by a modern spiral staircase and surrounded by a private garden with private outdoor pool (above ground pool), gazebo and relaxation area. On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room equipped with every comfort with a sofa bed, smart TV and bathroom with shower. On the first floor bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, on the second floor bedroom with 2 beds. Air conditioning hot/cold on every floor. At approximately 10 km from Lucca, nestled in the green hills and characteristic villages such as Borgo delle Camelie, the house is also close to Pisa, the Tyrrhenian Coast, the Garfagnana and cities of art such as Florence.
