The small one-room vacation apartment, which is well suited for fitters/business travelers, is located in a separate outbuilding on the owner's 1000 sqm residential property within a quiet residential area. It was completely refurbished in 2018 and equipped with a couch with sleeping function, flat-screen TV, radio, kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC and electric heating. There is W-LAN, a furnished outdoor seating area, sun loungers, barbecue facilities, storage space for bicycles and parking. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. Pets are not allowed in this property.

Wusterhusen is a beautiful village between Greifswald and Wolgast about 2 km from the seaside resort of Lubmin. Restaurant and shopping in the village, beach on the Greifswalder Bodden approx. 2 km.
