The apartment is located in a very quiet new development in one of the most beautiful parts of Freiburg, the Wiehre (5 minutes to the Sternwald). The apartment is on the top floor and offers a wonderful view of Freiburg and - when the weather is nice - the Vosges. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen, a living and dining room, a bedroom, a shower room with washing machine. It has a large balcony and an additional roof terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, large fridge and coffee machine. The apartment also has a free underground parking space.

A true gem

This delightful appartment has all one needs for an enjoyable stay in Freiburg. A quiet child friendly neighbourhood with restaurants, cafes, near by supermarkets and easy access to public transport as well as forest walks. The appartment is well equiped and great for couples, but also for single travellers. The balcony invites you to enjoy sunsets, while the roofgarden is wonderfully suited for star gazing.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit herrlichem Balkon zum Frühstücken/Essen und zusätzlicher Dachterrasse zum Sonnen. Das Wohnumfeld ist sehr ruhig, die Gegend trotzdem angenehm belebt. In rund 5 Minuten zu Fuß an der S-Bahn, der Straßenbahn, der Dreisam und beim Bäcker/Edeka. Bzgl. Ausstattung fehlt absolut nichts. Der Fernseher, der Kleiderschrank, die Matratze und der Sonnenschirm sind offenbar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten ein Update gebrauchen. Aber richtig zu meckern gibts hier nichts, die Gastgeberin war zudem sehr nett und äußerst zuvorkommend. Können wir nur empfehlen!

Schöne Dachterrasse!

Kompakte und gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung, in einem ruhigen Freiburger Stadtteil. Wir waren als Familie zu dritt zwei Wochen zur warmen Jahreszeit da und die Terrasse und Dachterrasse ganz oben waren toll. Temperatur war auch sehr angenehm dank Rolladen. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war auch sehr gut. Ausstattung ist etwas minimal (zB. kein Duschzeug oder Geschirrspülmittel) aber ein Supermarkt ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Schlechte Beleuchtung der Wohnung, kleines Bett, im Verhältnis zu anderen Wohnungen sehr teuer. Innenstadt eigentlich nur zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Schöne Location wo einige Nachbesserungen erforderlich sind

Wir m71J /w57J waren für 6 Nächte in der FeWo, wobei der Schnitt der Wohnung gut ist und die Balkon- sowie Dach-Terrasse sehr groß sind und einen herrlichen Blick in die Umgebung bieten. Bei den wenigen Regentagen, die wir hatten, war die Nutzung der Tiefgarage sehr hilfreich. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und aufgeschlossen und wohnt im selben Haus. Von der Wohnung benötigt man ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt und die gute Bäckerei Weber ist gegenüber dem Bahnhof in 6 Min. (500 m) zu erreichen. An Geschirr und Küchengeräten war für uns 2 alles ausreichend vorhanden. Probleme: 1) Da das Bett schon bei geringen Bewegungen, insbesondere wenn man zu zweit darin liegt, dermaßen laut quietschte, knarrte und manchmal auch heftig knackte, haben wir darin sehr schlecht in der ersten Nacht geschlafen, weil sich einer von uns Schlafenden gelegentlich bewegte. Das Schlafsofa ist für 2 ungeeignet, da es längsseitig an der Wand steht. 2) Die großen und kleine Handtücher im Badezimmer haben sehr unangenehm gerochen, insbesondere wenn sie feucht auf die Badezimmerraumheizung gehängt wurden. Wir vermuteten die Ursache in Bakterien und hatten daraufhin Waschpulver gekauft und die Handtücher bei 90 °C in der Waschmaschine gewaschen und als Ergebnis gut riechende Handtücher bekommen. Beim Abschlussgespräch mit der Vermieterin sagte sie, dass infolge der Stromspar-Aufforderung der Stadt etc. die Wäsche wohl nur mit 40 °C gewaschen wurde. Dies ist unakzeptabel, Vermieter ist Arzt. 3) ...
