Apartment 'Le Grizzli' with Balcony

The Pas de l'Ours gite is located in Aillon le Jeune, in the heart of the Massif des Bauges regional nature park.



The gite is a traditional Savoyard house and offers two apartments for seasonal rental.



These are simple accommodations, but thanks to their location, they're ideal for family vacations.



A multitude of outdoor, sporting and cultural activities are available to make your stay as relaxing and relaxing as possible.



You're just 3 minutes from the Aillon 1000m ski resort, which offers leisure activities for young and old alike.



The small village of Lescheraines, with all the shops you need to stock up on excellent local produce, is 11km away.



You can also take advantage of its leisure center at "Les Îles du Chéran", the Chéran being the name of the river that borders this natural lake, which is very pleasant in summer.



Aix-les-Bains, with its splendid Lac du Bourget, and Annecy are around 40km away.



A set of disposable sheets is provided (beds not made), but no towels.

Travelers are required to clean up on departure, and the inventory of fixtures is done between 9 and 9:30 am.

4 bedrooms (three with double beds 140x190cm and one with 2 bunk beds 80x190cm), a large living room and a spacious kitchen.

Located on the 1st floor of a two-storey house.



A balcony runs the length of the apartment, which is sunny at the end of the day.

In the heart of the Parc des Bauges, three minutes from the Aillons 1000m ski resort, which offers a wide range of outdoor activities for young and old (summer swimming pool, zip lines and tree climbing, hiking, summer chairlift, mountain biking...) and 10 minutes from Lescheraines with its leisure center, swimming, fishing and water sports lakes, as well as numerous shops selling local produce.

Half an hour from Aix-les-Bains (Lac du Bourget), Annecy and Chambéry.
