Parking: A 4 bedroom condo guarantees you up to 2 parking passes and can be purchased upon arrival at the front desk, if extra passes are needed....... depending on building capacity, passes can be purchased at the front desk for $45 each plus tax. If the building is at capacity, the front desk can offer you some off premises options.

First Alabama Vacation

I am so happy with the way our vacation turned out. We usually vacation in Panama City but decided to change it up. Condo was beautiful and roomy for 12 of us. Complex was awesome giving kids plenty to keep them occupied. It has the lazy river with a slide at the end, regular pool, inside pool, splash pad for the little ones hot tubs and sauna. You will never be bored. Plenty to do in the area without overcrowding. Had a terrific time. Owner was so helpful with everything. Can’t say enough!!!

Perfect Condo!

If Orange Beach is your vacation destination for group of family/friends, I highly recommend this condo. It's beautiful, clean, wonderfully furnished, and has a gorgeous ocean and island view. The extra large deck can accommodate a ton of people as can all the comfortable seating inside. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and the walk-in pantry is a huge bonus! We loved having an ice maker too. Beds were very comfortable and bureau/closet space was more than enough. Amenities were also really great. The staff were more than accommodating and the owner went out of her way to help us when we realized we left an expensive video game system behind. Overall, this is a great condo and a great location in Orange Beach.

Take me back!!

We had four couples and the accommodations were perfect for us!! We each had our own bedroom with private bath! Plenty of indoor seating which honestly we didn’t do much because the balcony setup was perfect!! Owner was great at communication!! Would highly recommend!!!

Magnificent property

The condo took our breath away when we first walked in. It was magnificent. The layout was spacious, individual bedrooms and bathrooms for each of our family members. The view of the ocean from this corner unit was spectacular, especially from the huge patio.. This was without a doubt the nicest vacation condo we have ever rented. I'd give it *****
