Rest on the beach in a quiet environment - Pousada to enjoy nature

Beautiful farm on the South Coast with 04 bedrooms, 02 suites, 03 bathrooms, swimming pool, large soccer field, jogging track, ping pong table, foosball table, wood stove, pizzeria oven, barbecue next to the pool, with bar and kosque., has 4.000 square meters
The farm is located 06 kms from the beach and has an area of 3,500 square meters. It also has a large soccer field, lake, homemade on site, which performs the removal of garbage and maintenance of the pool.
Currently it also has a structure for a small family of up to 8 people.
I have a caretaker who lives in the farm and takes care of the pool and removes the garbage, already included in the package.

Estadia na chácara

O espaço e a estrutura da chácara é excelente Porém a localização do anúncio não condiz com a localização real do imóvel A estrada de acesso à chácara não é das melhores, mas na minha opinião valeu muito a pena pela tranquilidade do local, ainda mais para quem busca um descanso da correria do dia a dia

Muito Bom

Meu nome Humberto Ferreira, eu minha esposa e minha família estivemos hospedado nesta chácara no período de Carnaval, ou seja, do dia 10/02/2018 a 13/02/2018. Lugar muito tranquilo, lindo. A chácara não deixou nada a desejar. Tudo que estava no contrato com o locador foi exato. Tudo funcionando desde batedeira, liquidificador etc. A limpeza impressionou a todos do chão as panelas e utensílios. O caseiro sempre pronto as nos atender. Ótimo forno a lenha, churrasqueira com quiosque, campo de futebol e vólei . Acrescento que antes de alugar estivemos no local, ate mesmo por insistência do locador Sr. Carlos (extremamente atencioso) para conhecer a chácara. Recomento a todos que procuram um lugar tranquilo, com muito verde, e seguro para descansar. Em breve não só eu como meus familiares pretendemos retornar.

Decepção

Boa noite, meu nome é Mara, venho alertar pessoas enterradas neste imóvel,aluguei 5 noites e fiquei 6 horas, aluguei este imóvel c promessas de um local muito confortável e c todos os itens descritos no site, chegando lá constatei que não havia nada daquilo, não existe internet, nem sala de jogos ,nem casinha de boneca, O interior do imóvel e tudo muito velho, tudo muito deteriorado pelo tempo. Aconselho pessoas a visitar o imóvel antes de assinar contrato, para reaver parte do que paguei terei que ir para justiça,vou parar por aqui por consideração ao proprietário , cuja pessoa muito educada , mas sem noção de que seu imóvel precisa urgente de uma reforma. Atenção a localização está completamente errada.
