The King family has owned this house since the early 1970's. Mr. King was a New York State Conservation Officer for 25 years and the entire family has a deep love for nature and the Adirondack Park.

Why Kyle King chose Long Lake
This property is in a perfect location for family and friends to vacation in the pristine Adirondack Park. The cottage is located on the former Deerland Lodge property, a resort from the turn of the last century. Originally built as the Golf Cottage, it has charm and appeal. This property provides access to the water as well as boating, fishing, swimming, skiing and more. Enjoy the feeling of the Adirondacks in this turn of the century house set back with beautiful views of the south end of Long Lake.
