Large, modern, custom-designed home on secluded lot with 200' of private, wooded river frontage on beautiful Yellow River. Comes completely furnished with many amenities. Situated on a quiet road that is invisible from the house.

Yellow River is a peaceful flowing river that is perfect for a nice relaxing canoe trip. There is a sandy area in front of the home that you can wade out to and relax. Large kitchen, dining, and living areas. The main living room has a beautiful cathedral ceiling. Large master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with full bath and shower. A second bath with full bath and shower in the main area.

there are many areas along the river to start and end a fun canoe trip.

No smoking in the home. There is a front porch and back deck where smoking is allowed.

The host resides on-site via a separate entrance in the basement.

I am a single mom of 2 boys. My oldest son is in college. My younger son and I live in the lower level of the house which has a separate exterior entrance and a door separating the interior units with locks on both sides. I've been renting on VRBO since 2021 and have had really enjoyed it. My current home has a lot of unused space which is why I decided to separate it into the 2 units so I could rent one half and live in the other.

Why they chose this property

There is a large backyard on the beautiful Yellow River. Bring your water toys and/or fishing gear. There is a firepit in the backyard and down by the river. Roast marshmallows, hot dogs, and enjoy time with family and friends while watching the sunset.
