About this property

Our House is set in the Tuscan countryside with great views of Tuscan Hills. It is a 20 minute drive from the Historical center of Montepulciano and is centrally located between Rome, Florence, and Siena. It is a short drive from other towns such as Pienza, Cortona, Orvieto, Montalcino, and Assisi. It is about a 45 minute drive from Siena and 60 minute drive to Florence. Villa has some modern decor but with the Tuscan feel. Living Room has a Sofa, Air Conditioning, Heat, great working WIFI, and 40" Flat Screen TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Pots, Dishes, Glasses, Condiments and Spices to cook some meals while in Tuscany. French Doors lead out to Private Patio which has a sitting area and dining area. My Guests enjoy having their meals and local wines, outside on the patio which overlooks the Tuscan Hills. A Barbecue Grill is also available. Bedroom has a Queen size modern bed, new mattress, Dresser and Large Armoire. Bathroom has been updated and has a comfortable new Shower. This property is ideal for a couple, who want to enjoy a quiet romantic getaway in a tranquil area of Tuscany.
Guests have use of entire Villa and do not share the space with any other Guests. Our Check-In time is 2pm, and Check Out Time is 11am. but we are flexible with the times if it is possible.

Ruhige Lage in schöner Landschaft

Dorita und Vincenzo sind sehr angenehme und diskrete Gastgeber, die uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gaben und unsere "Sonderwünsche" (nachts kein Licht im Garten damit wir den Sternenhimmel besser genießen konnten) gerne erfüllten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und perfekt für zwei Personen. Der Garten am Haus ist prima zum Lesen, relaxen und draußen essen. Das Objekt ist sehr ruhig in schöner Landschaft gelegen, allerdings ist ein Auto (oder Fahrrad und gute Kondition) erforderlich, da die nächstgelegenen Orte (Chianciano Terme und Sarteano) 3 bzw. 5 km entfernt sind. Dort gibt es jede Menge Einkaufmöglichkeiten, nette Bars und sehr gute Restaurants. Im näheren und weiteren Umland sind vielfältige Ausflüge in die Natur und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten möglich. Wir waren fast 3 Wochen hier und haben unseren Urlaub in Bella Italia (trotz Covid) sehr genossen.

tres jolie style de maison confortable

Nous avons passé un séjour chez des gens très sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue. Je remercie Madame Dorita pour les excellents légumes quelle nous a donnée. Je dois déplorer qu'in ne fait pas mention qu'il faut partager la surface avec le propriétaire. d'autre par une petite piscine ne saurait être de trop dans cette région très chaude.

Perfect , absolutely perfect 😎

No need to say more! We totally agree with the other guests! Dorita and Vincent were wonderful hosts and veeeeeery Helpful Whenever we had a question there was a helping hand immediately! But they also respected our privacy and we could absolutely enjoy our time as their guests in this wonderful house within the lovely quite area. Peaceful place

This was very peaceful place to stay during our vacation to Italy. The home is very cute, well equipped and clean. Surroundings are very quiet. The outdoor space is nice. Dorita and Vincent were wonderful hosts! Dorita helped us find local grocery store and made other local recommendations and Vincent show us his treasure "Fiat 500-600 collection", I love it. We recommend this place Unnar and Gudrun

My husband and I love to travel. We traveled throughout Italy for several years, and fell in love with the Tuscany Region at first sight! We settled into the Sarteano countryside and have enjoyed renovating our new home. We set up our new house with some of the amenities and comforts that we enjoy and have added a modern decor to blend in with the old charm of the Tuscan decor. We hope to make our guests feel comfortable and provide them with assistance to make their stay the best as possible.

Why they chose this property

The property has a special charm which we love. It has a very serene, quiet and tranquil setting in the Tuscan Countryside. It is five minutes from the A1 Autostrada, which allows us to get to many major Italian cities, such as Florence, Siena, Rome and Perugia, It is a five minute drive to the historical town centre with several restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarket. We like being in the country, but enjoy being close to town as well. We get to enjoy watching some beautiful sunsets from our Patio and Terrace.

What makes this property unique

Property is private and set among the Tuscan Hills. We enjoy waking up in the morning and seeing the beautiful views out our windows, and then watching the magnificent Sunsets in the evening. There are several wonderful Hot Thermal Springs within a short distance which we enjoy swimming and relaxing in. Waters have a therapeutic effect on the body and the skin. We can return back to the Villa and enjoy eating outdoors and having our local amazing wines while enjoying the beautiful views of Tuscan Hills.
