The apartments, built in 2006, were designed to provide you with a pleasant vacation atmosphere and a sense of well-being. The apartment features a bedroom with a large double bed. The living area includes a sofa bed, offering space for 2 additional people. The kitchen is fully equipped, inviting you to cook your meals. Enjoy warm summer evenings on the terrace. The entire apartment is located on the ground floor. Free parking is available directly at the property.

The Neighborhood:
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you will find other holiday homes and apartments. A highlight of the area is the nearby Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh, just a few meters away. There are also several cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The Breege Bodden harbor is about 1 kilometer away, and the Juliusruh spa park is approximately 250 meters from the apartment. Right next to the accommodation, there is also a small kiosk offering items such as rolls.

Other Things to Note:
The VRG team is also responsible for booking linen packages (only possible by telephone) and spa taxes. Linen packages consisting of bed linen and towels cost €19.
