Then head for the village of Marseillan, to go for a walk to the Pointe des Onglous or to discover the oyster farming of the Thau pond. Next, take a plunge into history (not the sea) by heading to the city of Agde, built not far from an ancient volcanic site, and the ruins of its ancient Greek city.
Le Cap d'Agde boasts a beautiful 14 km long beach, enough to run a marathon! Swimming, lazing around or playing in the sand, everyone will have a great time. This is the time to introduce you to various nautical activities, and we're not talking about breaststroke! On the programme: sailing, jet, surfing and a few dives too, but the water is good so you might as well throw yourself in. The seaside also organises pony rides for the youngest, mega kart races, Zumba classes right on the beach and beach volleyball competitions. The region is also known for its lively nightlife. One thing is certain, you won't regret having chosen to rent a holiday accommodation in Le Cap d’Agde!
