DETAILS: The Private Pool is the pinnacle of luxury of this stunning eight bedroom oceanfront estate on Pawleys Island. One of the Peace Vacations largest homes this beautiful property also features a private hot tub and a private dock on the creek. There is plenty of space to accommodate everyone in your party with three bedrooms and two and a half baths on the main floor. Large Chef's kitchen featuring three refrigerators two wall ovens two dishwashers a separate icemaker and six burner gas stove. This exquisite residence has three living rooms with two of them oceanfront. Access to the different floors is via an exterior elevator or covered stairway. There is a wet bar with icemaker dining room with seating for eighteen and two additional dining areas. Upstairs which has outer access from the main floor has five bedrooms and three baths and an oceanfront living room/playroom with a flat screen television. For your convenience the laundry room has another refrigerator washer and two dryers.The outdoor pool can be temperature controlled (reaches between 84-87 degrees when heated). There is a $400 charge to heat the pool. Other features include an elevator wireless internet gas grill and plenty of open decks. The beach front in this area of Pawleys Island is very private.

Security Deposit: This property requires a $1000.00 refundable deposit. Security deposit will be refunded 14 days following your stay, provided there are no damages.
