This house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation with friends and family. Big yard for any outdoor activity, large patio table, adult love swing. The house is located down the street from the Montauk Downs Golf Course and a bike ride away from town and Ditch Plains Beach (1 mile away). There are four large bedrooms (2 with king beds, 1 queen, 2 twins) and a finished basement with couches and darts. Open kitchen, family and dining room area. 2 clean bathrooms (1 newly renovated) plus an outdoor shower.

Great location but on the older side

There was a slight musty smell when we arrived, and we had to air out the basement for a few hours and utilize all the fans in the house. It was fine after that. It was very large and perfect for my group of 8 -9. Nice yard and good outdoor shower and grill. I wouldn’t recommend having guests sleep in the basement although there are two beds there. You can park 3-4 cars there in the driveway which was great! The dishwasher unfortunately wasn’t working the entire time we were there (~18 days). Also, the shower on the second floor kept getting clogged despite minimal use.

Great Family Home centrally located to all Mtk attractions

My family had a great 16 day stay at this perfect family home. The bathrooms and bedrooms are all large, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have all been renovated. The yard is HUGE, much bigger than the pictures indicate, and the as the perfect place for the kids to blow off steam and get exercise when the weather didn’t cooperate for beach/surfing/fishing. Everything in Montauk is a 5 minute drive away, including Ditch Plains beach, The Bay beaches at Culloden shores as well as all the shops and restaurants in town. The house had plenty of room for our family of 6, with 4 kids ages ranging from 14-4. Bottom line it’s a clean, centrally located home with a huge yard that serves as a perfect home base for all Montauk adventures. The owner was totally mellow, considerate and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Vacation

We arrived early and they were super accommodating. The house was perfect and we absolutely loved our week stay. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the kitchen and living room were spacious and perfect for group gatherings.

Centrally located house to both the bay and ocean beaches

We had an excellent five days in this house, Sarah was available by messaging within minutes of any questions we had. The house is well stocked, child friendly both inside and the fenced garden. Lots of toys and books for two 4 year old twins to investigate! The house was very clean when we arrived and ready as soon as we arrived. I can't think of any negatives and will definitely look to book this property again when we are next going to MTK!!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

My family and I stayed at this property when we were in town for a wedding in September 2016. The house is adorable and was centrally located to all of the places we needed to be. The house is set on beautiful wooded piece of property on a quiet street and has a large fenced in yard complete with a patio, bench swing, grill, and outdoor shower. The driveway is big enough for a number of cars and there's street parking as well.There's a golf course just down the road and it's less than a 5 minute drive into town and to the beach. We had a total of 8 adults and 1 child at the house and it accommodated all of us comfortably. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs along with a full bathroom. One bedroom contained 2 twin beds and a crib and the other was the master bedroom with a king size bed and tv. The downstairs contained a cute and cozy living room, a full bathroom that had been recently updated (along with heated floors), 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a dining room, and kitchen. There's also a partially finished basement with bunk beds, couches, and games/toys. There appeared to be bikes and beach gear as well for use as well. The owner, Sarah, was super helpful, friendly, responsive, and very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend this rental to friends or family. If you're looking for a place to stay in Montauk that feels like "home" this is the perfect rental for you!
