The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 very large living room opening onto a very shaded 40m² terrace and a very well equipped kitchen and air conditioning in all rooms. It is located in the Gulf of Porto Vecchio, 10 minutes from the most famous southern beaches in the south east. The land is perfectly closed. The house is surrounded by a very quiet neighborhood, thus ensuring peaceful moments. The price is negotiable depending on the season and the number of people. Un très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette maison. Les points forts: - la gentillesse et les excellentes suggestions de balades d'Anne - l'excellent accueil de Marie et son compagnon - le grand jardin clôturé, parfait pour nos 2 chiens, avec la plage toute proche et une grande douche d'extérieur avec eau chaude, bien pratique en rentrant de la plage - la cuisine très bien équipée, une rareté en location de vacances - la grande terrasse abritée sur laquelle nous avons passé presque toutes nos soirées Je recommande vivement! Merci pour tout à Anne et Marie

Maison exceptionnelle

Nous avons été si bien dans cette spacieuse villa ! Le grand jardin, la terrasse avec vue sur la végétation luxuriante méditerranéenne, la plage où nous allions le matin en moins d'1 minute avec vue sur Porto Vecchio et les aiguilles de Bavella... Une semaine de rêve. La péninsule de Palombagia où la maison est située est un joyau vert bordé d'eau transparente. En plus Anne est très attentionnée, aux petits soins, et fait partie des propriétaires qui se soucient du bien être de leurs locataires. La cuisine est très bien occupée, nous avons apprécié d'avoir 2 frigos (1 pour boissons et fruits et légumes par ex). Expérience mémorable, je recommande

Geräumige Villa mit großem Garten und Strandzugang

Funktionell eingerichtete geräumige Villa mit großem Garten (Volleyballplatz!); perfekte Beschreibung aller vorhandener elektrischer Geräte, sowie treffende Hinweise auf Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bootsverleih etc.; zum Haus gehörende Boje zum Befestigen eines mittelgroßen Bootes; der Zugang zum Strand (Hunde erlaubt, nicht am benachbarten Hotel!) erfolgt problemlos über das Nachbargrundstück; der direkte Meerblick wird leider durch einen merkwürdigen Rohbau verhindert; wir (Familie mit 5 Personen und 2 Hunden) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder !
