This brightly decorated condominium boasts a spacious floor plan with a balcony off the living room and master bedroom. The unique floor plan offers the privacy of two separate bedrooms while maintaining a friendly, family-oriented space with a large living area and kitchen which lends itself for a relaxing vacation for all. Family areas and bathrooms are tiled, bedrooms are carpeted. The unit is decorated with custom colors,original artwork and crown moulding throughout.

The master bedroom opens to the balcony with a wonderful view of the gulf and the night life of Okaloosa Island. The furnishings in the room are comfortable including a king size bed and an armoire which holds a 32 Inch HD TV with Blu-Ray/Wi-Fi connected(Movies via Netflix available) and Direct TV. The bathroom has a garden tub with separate shower and double sinks. This bathroom is spacious and has a large walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom features a large picture window with views of the gulf and bay, a queen-size bed, an armoire with 27 inch HD TV with Direct TV Channels. This bedroom opens to the whimsically decorated second bathroom of the unit.

The brightly decorated, child-friendly bunk area has separate access to the second bathroom. This bedroom features its own HD TV with built in DVD player for the children's enjoyment along with selected Direct TV channels. This room is also suitable for teens.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything needed for cooking and/or entertaining. The laundry area is located off the kitchen. Brand new washer/dryer (Aug 2018). The brightly decorated living room is home to a 32 inch HD television with HD Cable, DVD,.. Cox TV is provided. Enjoy our library of DVD's,and CD's as well as our small reading library.

Free wireless internet is available in the condo and throughout the condo complex. Free internet phone service throughout the US. Great views of the beach, gulf, pier and pool area are afforded from the spacious balcony. The hide-a-bed (sleeper sofa) will also accommodate additional guests for your stay.

Relaxation and serenity surrounds you at the first-class beach resort of Destin West. There are MANY pools to choose from at Destin West. The bayside offers a 700 ft. lazy river, a heated pool with a waterfall flowing into it, and 2 large hot tubs in the center of the bayside complex. There is also a gradual decline pool that feeds into the Lazy River. Parents love the safety of their toddlers playing in the water.
The beachside complex offers a 5000 sq. ft. pool, a kiddy pool, and a large hot tub.

A SKYWALK or bridge connecting the beachside complex to the bayside complex makes using all of the amenities at Destin West a breeze! The beachside also has a state of the art FITNESS GYM right on the beach.
CHARCOAL GRILLS and PICNIC TABLES on both the bayside and beachside make grilling out inviting and fun. Or throw FRISBEE/FOOTBALL on the grassy areas by the grills on the bayside.
