Quiet, spacious and warm 2 bdrm mother-in law apartment in rural North Boulder. Great place to hang out, go for adventures, enjoy the open space and drink wine on the back patio. No street lights which makes you feel like your in the country and be sure to keep an eye out for the neighborhood wild peacocks! Walking distance to north Boulder shops and only 2 miles to downtown via car, bike or bus! It also includes a full kitchen, bathroom and living room which can accomodate 4 guests. Comfy country style ranch in best neighborhood in Boulder. Near bike paths, bus route & open space!

Loving our stay here. Trish & Elias are very friendly & accomodating. Apt is fully equipped as if you were living in your own home. The neighborhood vibe is so friendly & welcoming. Authentic Mexican restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as the Lucky's market food & restaurant plaza. All very convenient. Boulder can be too crowded for our tastes, so it's been nice to hang out here in N. Boulder, yet it's just a quick trip into town as needed. The location also offered us an short drive (30 min.) to Nederland, where we skied & visited friends. We highly recommend staying here.

Quiet and comfortable

Loved this little gem. Very clean, beds were comfortable and there is now a coffee maker, toaster and television--although we never turned the tv on. If you like staying as a local when you visit, this is the place for you. We loved sitting on the back patio in the mornings and evenings. Owners were very helpful and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Boulder in the future.

Did not meet expectations at this price and VRBO description

Friendly owner, quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and did not miss not having a TV with all the available activities nearby for this dated mother-in-law apartment that is attached to the owners home. The kitchen does not include a microwave, toaster or coffee maker. Washer and dryer are available for use, but is in the owners home so not convenient or private. No air conditioning which was ok most nights. We expected more based on the VRBO description and cost.

It's quiet, cute and CLEAN! We created a space that makes you feel right at home. Even though we are located just a few miles north of downtown our neighborhood is unique and memorable. Wake up to wild peacocks and open space. Walk to the local coffee shop and enjoy unforgettable pastries. Enjoy the nice, bright southern sun beaming through your bedroom and living room. Over 25 trees on the property provide ample shade in the summer.
Experience hiking, biking, swimming at Boulder Res, farmers market, cruiser rides and so much more! Be sure to leave time for late evening wine or beer on the back patio, a perfect time to see deer and other neighborhood friends!
