About this property

Our beach cottage has been newly decorated with a queen bed in front bedroom and a double and twin bunks in the back bedroom. Great kitchen and living space as well as a fenced patio and screened porch. This cottage is steps to the beach- great for families to come back and forth for naps, lunch or bathrooms. It is also located close to downtown Rehobeth Beach and boardwalk as well as restaurants, shopping and beach activities. Come enjoy Dewey Beach!! Sheets, towels and paper products are NOT provided
We only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday in July.

Great weekend

We all really liked the little house. Comfortable adorable squeaky clean and fabulous location— about two minutes’ walk to the beach! Great porch and little fenced yard that we — and the dogs — enjoyed so much since the weather was perfect for hanging out outside whenever we weren’t at the beach!

Perfect for family with dogs!

Incredibly clean when we arrived. Steps from the beach. Absolutely perfect for a family with dogs because not only is there a screened in porch, but there is also a small fenced front yard. I'm so grateful that these owners are willing to rent to people with large dogs. We always bring our golden retrievers, so are careful to keep them as quiet as possible so they don't disturb close by renters. We bring extra sheets to cover furniture so as to not leave too much dog hair behind. I'd encourage other renters to do the same, because it's so important to have rental properties like this continue to be available to those of us who want to bring our large dogs along with us.

Best location

We stayed here once before and it was perfect for us and the dogs. It is so easy to walk the dogs right on to the beach. The fenced in area out front is great too. Easy parking. Kitchen has everything you need. Host was very quick to address anything we needed.

Cozy

Lovely little cottage on the outside, spacious, clean, and comfortable on the inside. Everything we needed for an extended weekend was right there. We were not disappointed and are considering a return visit soon.
