Beautiful and cozy apartment of 52 sq meters on the 5th floor, located in the heart of Les Musiciens area in the center of Nice. Close to the train station, minutes away from all beaches, shops, restaurants and all touristic and cultural points of interest while being on top of all, a quiet place. The residence is secure and solely accessible by magnetic key, intercom and the presence of a concierge. This apartment is decorated with beautiful eclectic taste; furniture by Armani Casa, Conran Shop and various ethnic decorative objects… The floor is a clear natural wooden oak parquet. The living-room, the kitchen and the bedroom all have open access to the large private sunny terrace of 42 sq meters and its vibrant luscious greenery which provides coolness and shade. The electric blinds and the terrace shutters, as well as the air conditioning system are all brand new and have all been installed in 2016.
The entrance to the apartment opens onto a large living room area furnished with a comfy beige King Size sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and decorated with modern and antique artwork. The dining section is furnished with a natural wooden table and wooden chairs along with the modern and functional American style open space kitchen that is fully furnished with all electric devices (dishwasher, washer, large fridge and electric induction burners…) and of course, all the dishes, the glasses and cutlery necessary for cooking and eating. Coffee, sugar, tea, dishwasher tablets and all household goods are available.
The elegant gray and white bathroom has a large shower (120 x 80 cm), a white washbasin and toilet.
And finally, the cozy quiet bedroom has a King Size bed (160 x 200 cm), a TV set and a wardrobe.
Wi Fi Internet, cable TV, Hi-fi set and other electronic devices are available. All expenses include: cleaning, electricity, heating and taxes. Sheets, pillows, towels and linens are provided. Maps, plans and also many guides in French and English and tourist brochures about Nice and its region are at your own disposal. A large selection of books is also provided.
