About this property

This is the resale of a single week booked by the apartment owner in the **** Pierre et Vacances Residence "le Roselende" or Alpage de Chantel 2". This week is currently being sold by P&V for considerably more (excluding damage deposit) so we are offering a large saving.
The Residence has an indoor pool and saunas/hammam. Quiet and ideally situated for all activities. View directly to Mont Blanc.
The apartment has one double bedroom with ensuite shower, and twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The "American" kitchen is part of the living area and has 4-hob cooker and microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle etc. The living area has a sofa bed, TV and dining table.
The total floor area inside the apartment is 53sq metres which is quite compact and although P&V market the apartment for 7 people we think that 4 adults is a comfortable maximum. There is free limited performance wifi but if you pay about 10 Euros a week you have access to higher speeds.
You will be asked to pay a tourist tax of about 3 Euros per day for each person aged 13 and over.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The whole of Les Arcs is a paid car park and you have to collect a parking ticket when you drive into the village. If you wish to go out and when you leave you need to get your ticket validated by reception and then you avoid having to pay. Parking in the garage of the residence is NOT included but it may be possible to pay for this separately at reception if spaces are available.
If you book this week when it is paid in full we will send you the reservation documents endorsed by us as owners to say that you are using our week. This is normal practice and permitted under the lease to P&V. You then arrive, show the documents to reception and they will sign you in and give you the keys.
As soon as a booking is made you will have our email address and telephone number and can ask us for any other information that you would like.
Please note that this is NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES as all residents are asked to be quiet after 8pm for the sake of others in the building.

We are a retired English couple who bought the apartment new in 2001 and have leased it to P&V as a residence du tourisme. We have been reselling some of our owner weeks since 2004.

Why they chose this property

These apartments built by MGM and now run as residence du tourisme by P&V are some of the best apartments in Les Arcs 1800. The building is a short distance from the centre of Les Arcs and sufficiently far away not to be bothered by disco noise in the evening, so ideal for families with children. If the snow is good you can ski in and out from the rear of the building.
