The house is really beaut...
The house is really beautiful! It contains everything that you may need! Rooms are very comfortable, clean and nice! The garden is marvelous! It was 5 minutes walking from the house to the beach, which was great! The beach is sandy and clean. We spent a lovely vacation in this place! We would advise it to everyone!

Weve spend two wonderful ...
Weve spend two wonderful weeks in this house in Geremeas. The house is very nice and very well maintained with lots of amenities, the palm in the garden is fabulous, village is quiet and neat. Beach is really only 3 minutes walk in a eucalyptus forest. Owners are very pleasant and friendly. Make sure you rent a car for a whole stay as a nearest supermarket is in the next village, 5 minute drive. All in all its a great place for a family vacation when main objective is spending time on a beach with kids.

"It was a wonderful trip, very comfortable villa, we stay with pleasure in this house within month, amazing nature (small eucalyptus forest) around the villa. When you go to the beach you go through this forest and you fill a wonderful smell. The sandy beachis is near by, the see have unbelievable colour. Especially thanks for our owners."

"We had a lovely stay in Geremeas, which is ideal for families with young children (ours are four and 18 months). The house and garden are well set up for youngsters with a secure fence and gate and the beach is close at hand. Everything was very clean and the house was well equipped, though a high chair would be helpful. Having a hire car is pretty much essential and the directions to the house are brilliant. Ada was always on the end of the phone to offer help if you need it and there is plenty of local information in the house with advice on things from days out to where to buy food. The house is in a quiet location though there can be some noise at night from a nearby holiday park but we didn't hear it from the bedrooms and it didn't bother the children at all. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend the property to anyone thinking of going to Sardinia."

"A perfect location for those who are after a quiet and relaxing holiday. The house is situated in a small recreational residence, close to a magnificent beach. A car is required though, as it might be a little remote for those, looking for more nightlife"

From the port or from the airport of Cagliari follow the road which goes towards Villasimius, take the N^ 17 Provincial Road (SP17)and after 35 kms turn right. The residence is located at 150 metres from this road. You need about 40 minutes by car from Cagliari.
Villasimius is at about 18 km.(15 min. by car)
There is a bus stop at about 150 metres from the house which can take you to Cagliari or to Villasimius and Costa Rey.
In the village there is a bar-pizzeria,a pinewood and a football ground, a market, another pizzeria, a restaurant and a newsagent.
Nearby : horseriding, scuba diving centre, fresh fruit and fresh fish, chemist's, doctor, church, hills and mountains, agriturism and also beautiful mountains to climb on!
Other fabulous beaches, the list is endless, can be reached in 10 minutes driving distance.
The acquatic park "Diverland" is at about 15 minutes by car.
The acquatic park "Blue fan" is at about 45 minutes by car.
The Golf club is at about 10 minutes by car.
The Touristic harbour is at about 10 minutes by car.
