About this property

Our holiday home is situated in the historic 12th century village of Cantobre, which is located in southern Aveyron in the Midi-Pyrenees region of France, and are set amidst spectacular countryside on a rocky promontory some 100 meters above the meeting of the Dourbie and Trevezel rivers.
Le Canard is typical village house. It offers great flexibility in numbers holidaying. The main house consists of a large dining sitting room with a built in kitchen and a wood burning stove and electric radiator heating. Within the main house there are two double bedrooms and a toilet shower room. All rooms have electric radiators.

Excellent

Très bon accueil et discrétion des propriétaires. Il ne faut pas craindre de monter des marches, mais le gite est agréable, propre et bien situé. Point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses randonnées.

Great stay in a delightful village

The gite was clean and homely, the views spectacular. Cantobre is a stunning little hamlet. Derrick and carol are great hosts. Hope to be back to this wonderful corner of France.

Très bonne découverte

Nous voulions nous rendre aux failles de Canalette. Nous avons donc réservé le logement de Derrick Comme nous arrivions tard, il a eu la gentillesse de nous attendre. Le logement était très propre, dans un cadre vraiment très joli Nous gardons l’adresse précieusement !
