Within walking distance to central Todi - 4 kms - a beautiful stroll through the olive groves !

Large pool is situated in a panoramic position below the house. It is only a few metres from the house.

The pool measures 12 x 6 m and has two depth one of 1.20 m and one of 1.40 m. It is internally faced with PVC and is illuminated at night. Roman steps lead down into the water. The border is in travertine.

The pool has an outdoor shower.

Near the swimming pool there is a big gazebo furnished with table and chairs and comfortable sofa. The area is totally illuminated.

Around the villa there is a property of 20 hectares with sunflowers, olive trees and wheat.

There is a beautiful manicured garden around the house

There is also a playground for children.

Old, ex academics, who moved to Italy as early retirees, partied and travelled back and forth to Sydney, got bored with our indolent life-style, were persuaded to rent out our home, while away, to a violinist performing at the Spoleto festival.
