This 70 m² flat is located on the seafront, offering you a stunning view of the Costa Brava coastline and access to the beach in just a few moments.
Registered with the Generalitat de Catalunya HUTG- 006248. It sleeps up to 4 people and is located on the 4th floor of a building accessible to people with reduced mobility.
From the balcony, equipped with rocking chaiis, you can enjoy the sea view, ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Completely renovated, the spacious flat offers all the comforts you need for a successful holiday:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining room with 5 seats
- Living room with TV and DVD player
- 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed
- 1 bathroom with WC and shower
Household linen and Internet access (WIFI) are included in the rental and household electrical equipment is provided (washing machine, hoover, dishwasher, iron, fans, ...).

Although I would like to stress the quietness of the flat and the building (for your information in the building live families - most of them Spanish retired families, who stay all year round), I must inform you that the flat is in an urban area.

Furthermore, I have to inform you that after bad experiences, in no case I rent the flat to groups of young people under 25 years old.

Parking - Blanes Town Hall has included the flat in an area reserved only for resident neighbours from 15/06 to 15/09. I facilitate you a closed and covered parking space in a car park at 200 mts. from the flat at no extra cost. Impossible to facilitate you a place more pocket because there is not one. This fact of the parking restrictions has given more tranquillity to the flat.

Swimming pool.- The flat does not have a swimming pool.

Schönes Apartment mit Blick aufs Meer
Wir waren eine Woche im Februar in dieser angenehmen Wohnung. Es war komfortabel, die Heizung hat gut funktioniert, alles war sauber und wir hatten einen spektakulären Bilck aufs Meer. Den Gastgeber empfanden wir als sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, 200 m zum Strand, Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Supermarkt um die Ecke. Schöner Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer und ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Schönes Apartment mit traumhaftem Ausblick
Wir hatten tolle 11 Tage in Blanes. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Herd sind nagelneu), hat sehr bequeme Betten und vor allem einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer aus dem Wohnzimmer. Am Morgen und Abend kann man zudem den Schwalben bei der Insektenjagd zuschauen, ein tolles Spektakel. Von der Infrastruktur her ist alles da, was man braucht: unzählige Restaurants in kurzer Entfernung, ein Supermarkt quer über die Strasse und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Bis an den Strand sind es 250 m, ideal nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung in den Bergen des Hinterlandes. Bspw. hat der Naturpark Montseny Gipfel bis 1700 m zu bieten und es gibt schöne Rundwanderungen mit steilen Auf- und Abstiegen durch dichte Buchenwälder (Anfahrt ca. 1 h mit dem Auto). Nach Barcelona kommt man am besten per Zug, der Bahnhof ist etwas ausserhalb und man braucht 25 min zu Fuß von der Fewo. Die Fahrt nach Barcelona kostet ca. 7 € hin und zurück pro Person bei einer Fahrtdauer von 1h 20min, dann ist man schon im Großstadtgetümmel. Das nahe Girona ist auch jederzeit einen Ausflug wert. Das Apartment ist also der ideale Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt.
