About Renate Kobler
I was born in Bolzano and now I live with my family in Valpolicella (Verona). I work as a teacher in a big hospitality training institute in Bardolino on the Lake Garda. When I was a student I used to work in the hospitality sector, but I wanted to manage a property on my own. With this little residence I realised my dream!
Renate Kobler purchased this house in 2005
Why Renate Kobler chose Marina di Pescoluse
My husband, my children and I fell in love with this beautiful place in South Italy some years ago. Then we bought an olive grove and we built thes ouse and renovated the ancient Salentino trullo and other traditional buildings in the olive-grove.
What makes this house unique
The trump card of the apartment is its large and shaded terrace which in summer becomes the true living room. It enjoys a wonderful view of the Ionian sea at the foot of the hill planted with olive trees. Due to the location the area is airy and very quiet, a true oasis of rest after a day at the beach or on day of excursions .
