Take the motorway Domitiana from Naples towards Rome and a few miles past Mondragone you will find signs to Baia Domizia.
The trip will take approximately one hour.
The villa is located in a residential pinewood area in the holiday town of Baia Domitia, near Mondragone.
Quiet sandy beaches are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Also at walking distance there are several shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants/pizzerias.
2 km's away there is the lively town center with more shops, markets, bars, seasonal cinemas and more.
There are lots of sporting opportunities: tennis, football, go-karts, horse riding, golf and of course sea sports.
The area is renowned for the best mozzarella cheese in Italy .
For wine lovers in the area there is one of the most famous wineries in Southern Italy called Villa Matilde where it is possible to have wine tastings, dine and of course buy a few bottles to bring home.
